Free has what a company needs to run a hire. Team removes “Hiring with HireMagic” from your careers page and “via HireMagic” from your email sender name, and allows 15 open jobs. Pro has no limit on open jobs, and controls for larger teams are planned. Anything not built yet is marked Coming below.
Paid plans are not on sale yet, so Team and Pro start with a conversation. Prices are in USD and exclude any sales tax or VAT.

Cancelling restarts the clock, unless you return within 30 days. Time away does not count. Free use and complimentary time earn nothing.

What counts as an open job?
A job is open while it is live on your careers page and has not passed its closing date. Drafts and closed jobs do not count.
What happens if we move down a plan?
Your open jobs stay open and candidates can still apply to them. No new job can open until you are under the limit of the new plan. HireMagic branding returns, and any own domain goes back to your HireMagic address.
Can we try it first?
There is no trial. Free is how you try HireMagic: it has no time limit and needs no card.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD. Prices are in USD and exclude any sales tax or VAT.
Paid plans are not on sale yet, and payment by card is on the roadmap. To start on Team or Pro, choose Talk to us.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do candidates pay anything?
No. Applying through HireMagic is free, and candidates do not need an account.
